Outrigger to manage redesigned Wyland Waikiki Hotel

Outrigger Enterprises Group this week announced it will manage the newly designed Wyland Waikiki Hotel.The agreement is between Outrigger and WB-LCP Kuhio Owner LLC, an investment group led by Lodging Capital Partners LLC of Chicago.
The property, at 400 Royal Hawaiian Ave., consists of 400-plus rooms and suites and has been undergoing a multimillion renovation into a boutique hotel.
Outrigger said the hotel represents the first artist-themed hotel in Hawai'i and focuses on the marine-themed Wyland's paintings, photographs and sculptures.
