Forget 'Ice Age,' forecast looks more like 'Sahara'

It was a year ago tomorrow that heavy rains pounded O'ahu, causing a water main break that sent rushing water eerily through the Kahala Mall theater as moviegoers were watching "Ice Age 2: The Meltdown.""Sahara" may be a better movie for the current forecast.
The National Weather Service is calling for mostly sunny skies with isolated showers in the late morning and afternoon today. Temperatures will hover between 73 and 80, with light winds becoming easterly around 10 mph in the afternoon.
