Kimberly Kim misses cut by 1 at LPGA's Kraft Nabisco

Hawai'i's Kimberly Kim shot a 4-over-par 76 today and missed the cut by one shot in the Kraft Nabisco Championship, the LPGA's first major of the season, at Rancho Mirage, Calif.

Kim, 15, finished at 10-over 154 after completing the second round. The cut was 153 . She had six bogeys, but finished with birdies on the par-3 17th and par-5 18th holes today.

Lorena Ochoa (71) and Paula Creamer (67) are at 140 and take a 1-shot lead in to tomorrow's third round.

Kim, a Big Island native who moved to Arizona last year, earned a spot in the tournament after she won the U.S. Women's Amateur last year.
