ML Macadamia Orchards switches accounting firms

ML Macadamia Orchards L.P. is switching from accounting firm Accuity LLP to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, according to a disclosure at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.The Hilo-based company said there had been no disagreements with PricewaterhouseCoopers, which prepared financial statements for it from 2004 through 2006.
