If you've ever wanted a piece of the Garden Isle but aren't sure you can afford it, there's an educational workshop meeting on Saturday designed at helping you land or dream house or rental.The workshop runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Waimea Theatre.
Exhibits of future affordable housing projects, testimonials and financing options are part of the gala.
