Police are investigating a complaint against a 49-year-old Pearl City man alleging that he threatened two people Monday with a knife during an argument over a traffic incident.

The man was booked on two counts of first-degree terroristic threatening at 10:10 p.m. but was released today pending further investigation.

A woman, 18, and juvenile passenger in her vehicle told police they were threatened with a knife following a traffic incident at 9:15 p.m. on Moanalua Road.
