Drowning victim was Virginia man

Advertiser Staff Writer

The Honolulu Medical Examiner's office today identified the man who died Wednesday after being pulled by lifeguards from waters at Kuhio Beach as Waymen Justus, 28, of Virginia.

An autopsy listed cause of death as asphyxia due to drowning. Manner of death was deferred.
