Collection of e-waste slated
The Big Island will hold its next CompuCycle events May 11 and 26 in Hilo.
The e-waste collection effort will accept computers, monitors, printers, copiers, televisions, DVD players, VCRs, stereos, tape recorders and similar electronic and computer equipment.
Government and public agencies can bring items from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 11 at Kawamoto Swim Stadium.
The public drop-off event is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 26 at the University of Hawai'i-Hilo, near the theater.
