An addiction and recovery conference designed for women will be offered Friday and Saturday at the Makaha Resort and Surf Club.

The conference is being conducted by Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies, a Minnesota-based nonprofit that focuses on addictions. It is being sponsored by HMSA and the Hawaii Substance Abuse Coalition.
