Contract postal unit worker charged with theft

An Enchanted Lake contract post office employee was charged today in a federal complaint with embezzling property valued at $58,000.

Ricardo R. Sablan Sr. committed the alleged offense between April 2, 2005, to Feb. 24, 2006, according to the complaint. He was employed as a contractor at the Enchanted Lake Contract Postal Unit in Kailua.
