Five high school golfers were awarded scholarships from the Aloha Section PGA Foundation.

Seniors Micah Aiu of Kamehameha, Jordan Cox of Kaua'i, Adam Istvan of Seabury Hall, Valerie Kitamori of Waiakea and Punahou’s Katie Sisler were honored at the Hawai'i Golf Hall of Fame Dinner on Monday at the Hawai'i Prince Hotel.

The five seniors were selected based on academics, involvement in golf, community service and other criteria.

Also recognized were William Hunt of The Golf Academy of Hawai'i and Rob Hutzler of Kapalua for the Aloha Section PGA Apprentice Scholarship.
