Buddhist center offers 'Four Directions' lecture

Anthony Stultz will give a lecture titled "Free Your Mind: the Four Directions of an Awakened Life" at 7 p.m. May 24 at the Buddhist Study Center, 1436 University Ave.The free lecture focuses on Shin Buddhism and Naikan Teachings.
Stultz will explain the goals, details and applications of the "Four Directions" and provide exercises.
