A 31-year-old Kailua man was charged Saturday for six felony offenses, including being a felon in possession of a firearm, stemming from two separate cases.

Alvin Pineda is being held in lieu of $175,000 bail for two firearm offenses, second-degree assault, first-degree terroristic threatening, first-degree robbery, and first-degree burglary.

Pineda was arrested Thursday at 3:25 a.m. for the firearm and assault offenses for a fight at a Keolu Drive convenience store.

While being booked, he was identified as a suspect in a home invasion robbery April 25 in Kane'ohe.

Pineda's initial appearance is today at District Court.
