Police nab motorcycle thief and a fugitive

Joseph Cardenas, 37, and Shaunte Rivera, 23, of Kapolei were arrested yesterday at 6:40 a.m. at a Gulick Street address after a patrol officer saw the damaged motorcycle with a defaced serial number parked at the residence.
A check revealed the motorcycle was stolen.
Cardenas was charged with the motorcycle theft. His bail is $25,000.
