Power 4 Sports Football Camp scheduled for July

The second annual Power 4 Sports Football Camp is scheduled for July 6 and 7 at Mililani High School.The camp will feature NFL players as instructors, including Kahuku alum Aaron Francisco, a safety with the Arizona Cardinals.
July 6 is for ages 8 to 13 and costs $75. July 7 is for ages 14 to 18 and is $100. Early registration and team discounts are available.
Instruction includes football skills, speed and agility, nutrition, strength training and combine skills. Sessions for parents and on college recruiting also will be offered.
The camp is sponsored by the Hawaii Athletic League of Scholars, a nonprofit organization, and run by Ikei Sports Performance and Life Education Through Sports.
