Two fugitives captured by police

Martin Moon Waukazu, 57, who has eight prior convictions, had 26 outstanding warrants totaling $3,685. Waukazu has no permanent local address and was arrested Saturday at Kalakaua and Kapahulu avenues at 7:50 p.m.
Dietrick Rodrigues, 21, was wanted on eight warrants totaling $5,750. He was arrested fronting 2211 South King St. at 10:10 p.m.
