K-drama star Rain's O'ahu concert moved up to June 15

Rain, a K-drama and pop music superstar from South Korea, will be in Hawai'i earlier than expected — his concert has been moved up from July 3 to June 15 at Aloha Stadium.

Rain is described as "the Justin Timberlake of the East," and is South Korea's premiere pop recording star whose global fame began with his appearance in "Full House," a Korean drama, in 2004.

The concert by Rain, a K-drama and pop music superstar from South Korea, has been moved up from July 3 to June 15 at Aloha Stadium.

Ticket sale details have not been confirmed, but could begin by week's end.

Rain, 24, who is currently in Spain attending a Louis Vuitton Cup yachting event, has been named one of the world's most beautiful people by People magazine. Described as "the Justin Timberlake of the East," Rain is South Korea's premiere pop recording star whose global fame began with his appearance in "Full House," a Korean drama, in 2004.

Previously announced ticket prices have been changed; admission will be $55, $115 and $225, with $300 premium VIP tickets also available, making Rain's performances the priciest event here.
