Juvenile facing sex-assault charges

In addition to the first-degree count, the Family Court petition is seeking two additional counts of third-degree sex assault for an alleged attack that occurred April 21 at 7:10 p.m. at an undisclosed location.
A second youth is under investigation for an alleged first-degree sex assault at a May Day celebration Friday night at a Kalihi residential complex.
The victims in both cases are also juveniles.
Police are investigating a third first-degree sex assault complaint filed on behalf of a juvenile who was lured by an unknown adult into a tool shed Monday at 7 p.m. The reported attack occurred at a undisclosed Kalihi location.
