UH football team picked 19th, to win WAC

The University of Hawai'i football team will be ranked No. 19 when the Athlon Sports preseason football magazine hits the newsstands June 5, the magazine announced today.The magazine said it is picking the Warriors to win the Western Athletic Conference.
Quarterback Colt Brennan is tabbed a preseason second-team All-American and receiver Davone Bess is a third-team selection. The magazine said it lists offensive linemen Hercules Satele and John Estes as first-team All-WAC picks along with defensive lineman Michael Lafaele and kicker Dan Kelly.
Brennan is featured on the cover of the regional edition, a spokesman said.
