Satellite facility reopens today

Advertiser Staff

The Pearlridge Satellite City Hall will reopen today after a three-month renovation.

The work was completed on time and within budget, the city said in a press release.

"We are pleased with the new look of our facility, which also provides a more comfortable space for people to conduct their transactions," said Mayor Mufi Hannemann, who will join city staff at the reopening ceremony at 11 a.m.

The $186,930 project upgraded the satellite's air-conditioning system, improved work stations for staff and created a new storage room.

Stan's Contracting Inc. performed the construction.
