Prosecutors today charged a 28-year-old Waipahu man with threatening to kill his estranged wife and her family.

Igmedio S. Lutrania was charged at 11 a.m. with misdemeanor second-degree terroristic threatening. His bail was set at $300.

Police arrested Lutrania Tuesday after his wife said he stood outside her Kalihi apartment April 29 at 2:55 p.m. and threatened to kill her and her family on May 5.
