Arby's to open restaurant in Waikoloa on Big Island

Arby's Restaurant Group Inc. said one of its franchise owners will open a second restaurant on the Big Island.The Atlanta-based franchisor of quick-service eateries said franchisee Marion Kost had signed an agreement to open an Arby's restaurant in Waikoloa. The company said Kost's Hilo Ventures already operates a location in Hilo.
