The 'Aiea Neighborhood Board is scheduled to meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the 'Aiea Library conference room.

Among the topics to be discussed are the Hawai'i 2050 Sustainability Plan, a draft transportation improvement program for fiscal years 2008 to 2011, and one-hour parking on Ka'ahumanu Street.

There also are two vacant seats on the board for the subdistrict including Halawa and Ford Island.
