Leg injury sends man to hospital in serious condition

Honolulu police are investigating reports that a city bus either brushed against a man in Waikiki early this morning or ran over one of his legs, sending him to the hospital.The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. near the bus stop at Kuhio Avenue and Seaside Avenue.
City paramedics transported the 32-year-old man to The Queen's Medical Center.
Honolulu Emergency Services spokesman Bryan Cheplic said the man was listed in serious condition upon arrival at the hospital.
