Augie T. takes show on road to Neighbor Isles

Augie T. is on a Neighbor Island roll this weekend, sharing laughter with audiences on Maui, in Kona and in Hilo.

His concert dates:

  • Tomorrow, 8 p.m., at the Lahainaluna High School gym. Tickets: $10 at the door.

  • Saturday, 8 p.m., at the Aloha Theatre in Kainaliu, on the Kona coast. Tickets: $20. Call the Big Island Comedy Club, (808) 937-6961.

  • Sunday (Mother's Day), 10 a.m., at Uncle Mikey's in Hilo, Waiakea Village. Tickets: $35.

    All performances feature the comedy of Augie, with Champ Kaneshiro as host, plus appearances by Timmy Mattos and Turk Cazimero.

    The touring show is a warm-up for Augie's 8 p.m. May 25 concert at Blaisdell Arena. Tickets: $20; a limited number of free ticket for active military at the box office.
