First-class 41-cent postage stamp rate starts Monday

Tomorrow is your last chance to use those 39-cent stamps.

Starting Monday, the cost to mail a first-class letter will increase to 41 cents for the first ounce and 17 cents for each additional ounce.

The cost to mail postcards is also rising to 26 cents.
