Natalie Galletly singled down the left-field line to score Nancy Harbeson with two outs in the bottom of the 12th inning to lift Humboldt State to a 3-2 victory over Hawai'i Pacific today in an elimination game of the NCAA Division II Softball West Region Tournament at Turlock, Calif.

Hawai'i Pacific completed its season 34-16.

Anuhea Young's RBI single in the top of the seventh helped HPU tie the score at 1 and send the game into extra innings.

HPU took a 2-1 lead on Casey Sugihara's RBI single in the top of the eighth.

But Humboldt State, the top seed in the tournament, tied it on a RBI single by Marissa Slattery in the bottom half of the eighth.

Hawai'i-Hilo (1-0 in the tournament) plays Seattle University this afternoon in the double-elimination tournament.
