Missing Big Island man found unharmed in Hilo

An 81-year-old man who went missing Thursday on the Big Island has been found in good condition.Francis Lee Topliff, who disappeared Thursday morning from Mountain View, was found Thursday afternoon on West Puainako Street in Hilo.
