Tickets go on sale Tuesday for a concert by K-drama and Korean pop music superstar Rain at 8 p.m. June 15 at Aloha Stadium. The June 15 date is new, moved up from an earlier July 3 show date.

Ticketmaster locations and its Web site will start accepting reservations Tuesday; the exact launch time is expected to be posted on the site soon.

Tickets will be priced at $55, $115 and $225, available via Ticketmaster, (877) 750-4400 or www.ticketmaster.com. Click Entertainment of Honolulu is handling VIP premium ticket sales; its phone number is (808) 941-8870.

Rain, 24, is the South Korean megastar of the moment, whose international fame started with his appearance on K-drama "Full House" in 2004, and reached star-power stratosphere with the release of his movie, "I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK." His fourth recording, "Rain's World," was released last October, yielding two hits, "I'm Coming" and "In My Bed." His concerts, mostly in Asia to date, are sellouts.

In a Time magazine online poll conducted in advance of the magazine's cover story on its 100 most influential people of the world, Rain headed the list. He also made the cut in People magazine's world's 100 most beautiful people.

In Korea, Rain — whose real name is Jung Ji-Hoon — is known as Bi (pronounced Bee), the Korean word for rain.

The concert will be his Hawai'i debut. His itinerary so far has included mostly Asian destinations, including Seoul, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, and Tokyo. After Honolulu, he is expected to perform June 23 at Madison Square Garden in New York and June 30 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
