Small quake jostles Volcano area on Big Island

A very small earthquake rumbled through an area about 5 miles south-southwest of the village of Volcano on the Big Island early this morning.The temblor, with a magnitude of 2.5, was recorded at 12:41 a.m. today, according to the United States Geological Survey Earthquake Center.
There have been no reports or injuries or damage associated with the earthquake.
