Watabu captures Hickam Invitational by five shots

U.S. Public Links champion Casey Watabu fired a 4-under-par 68 to win the Hickam Invitational by five strokes over Alex Chu today at Mamala Bay.Watabu, of Kaua'i, finished with a 6-under-par 210. Chu closed with a 1-under 71 and ended at 215.
Second-round leader Lorens Chan shot 4-over 76 after his 69 on Saturday and finished third, seven behind at 217.
Defending champion Craig Uyehara shot a final-round 76 and finished 12th at 225.
Other division winners were: Bill Henry (229, A Flight), Wes Anderson (242, B Flight), Peter Olson (225, Senior Flight), and George Yamamoto (222, Super Senior Flight).
