Woman arrested on suspicion of using counterfeit bill

A 40-year-old Waipahu woman was arrested yesterday on suspicion of using a counterfeit $100 bill to pay for food.

The arrest was made at 8:40 p.m. at the Don Quijote Waipahu store.

The woman was booked on suspicion of first-degree forgery.

She also was arrested on an outstanding $600 misdemeanor warrant.
