UCLA wins water polo title for 100th NCAA crown

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. -- UCLA won its third straight women's water polo championship today to become the first school to reach 100 NCAA team titles, beating top-seeded Stanford 5-4 behind Courtney Mathewson's three goals.

Jillian Kraus added two goals, and Emily Feher made nine saves for second-seeded UCLA (28-2). Lauren Silver had three goals for Stanford (27-3), and Kira Hillman also scored.
