Lane striping to slow traffic on H-3 Freeway this week

HONOLULU — The state Department of Transportation advises Oahu motorists of single lane closures on the H-3 Freeway in the Honolulu-bound direction between the Halekou Interchange and Marine Corps Base Hawaii from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily beginning Monday, May 14, through Friday, May 18, for pavement striping.Motorists are advised to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time. Roadwork is weather-permitting.
