Ma'ili man arrested in rape investigation

A Ma'ili man was arrested today at Circuit Court for investigation of a kidnap and rape complaint.The man, 40, was booked at 11:25 a.m. for first-degree sex assault, kidnapping, first-degree burglary, and misdemeanor counts of abuse of a family member and three temporary restraining order violations.
