Families are invited to celebrate Armed Forces Day at Kapolei Public Library from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

The "Supporting Our Troops!" program in the library's Children's Room will ask the public to write letters, draw pictures or make cards to show their appreciation and support for members of the armed forces. Paper, crayons, pens and other supplies will be provided.

All letters, cards and pictures will be sent by the library to men and women in the military.

Call the library at 693-7050 as soon as possible if a sign-language interpreter or other special accommodation is needed.
