Man, 66, injured in head-on crash near Dole Plantation

A 66-year-old man has been taken to The Queen's Medical Center in serious condition following a head-on collision this morning on Kamehameha Highway near the Dole Plantation, according to Honolulu Emergency Services.

The accident was reported just before 10 a.m. and apparently involved several vehicles. The man was driving one of the vehicles involved in the accident.
