The Honolulu Fire Department's fourth biennial Retirees Appreciation Luncheon is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the HFD Headquarters Complex.Every two years, the HFD invites all of its retirees back for a day of activities, including a presentation by Fire Chief Kenneth G. Silva on the latest changes and innovations in the Department.
