Useful information if you're planning to attend the concert

What kind of seating is available?

Reserved seating includes seats; general admission does not, so bring low-back beach chairs or blankets and mats.

Is the event appropriate for kids?

Because of the length of the program (2 p.m. till mid-evening) and the kinds of amenities available, the event is inappropriate for children under 12.

Are tickets available at the site?

No. Tickets can be bought today and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Waikiki Shell box office; online sales are through ticketmaster.com; Times Supermarket and the Blaisdell Center box office are also selling advance tickets. There will be no sales at the door.

Where do I park?

Ticket buyers receive a Crater Shuttle Pass; the parking site depends on where your shuttle departs for the crater. Shuttles provide rides back to the parking sites.

What if I can't make the printed time on my Crater Shuttle Pass?

Just show up at the parking site; you may have a wait to board the shuttle, but you will be accommodated.

What about provisions for the disabled?

Vehicles with a disabled-parking placard will be accommodated as space allows at all parking sites; seating for the disabled is available in each section. But access to the seating area is not paved, as the venue is a park.

Are outside food and beverages and coolers permitted?

No. Vendors will provide food services; beers and wines will complement the food. Among the participating food providers: Compadres Bar & Grill, E&O Trading Co., Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, Hard Rock Cafe, Ben & Jerry's, Baldwin's Sweet Shop, Da Spot Health Foods, Grilled Hawaiian Steaks, Mama Diaz Pasteles, North Shore Farms and Simply Ono.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is permitted only in designated, nongrassy areas.

Are pets permitted?

Only service animals are permitted on the crater shuttles.

Can I bring my camera?

No, recording (audio and video) and photography of performers is strictly prohibited.
