Man accused of damaging six vehicles

John E. Felter, who has no permant local address, is accused of using a knife to damage vehicles and also for shattering the window of one vehicle with the driver inside.
Felter was arrested Thursday at 2:36 p.m. at Alakawa Street and North Nimitz Highway.
He is charged with one count each of first- and second-degree criminal property damage and four counts of fourth-degree CPD.
Bail is $11,000.
