Lane striping may slow traffic on H-3 Freeway this week

HONOLULU — The state Department of Transportation advises Oahu motorists of single lane closures on the H-3 Freeway in the Honolulu-bound direction between the Marine Corps Base Hawaii and the Halekou Interchange from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, from Monday, May 21, through Friday, May 25, for pavement striping.Motorists are advised to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time.
