Projects to slow Kalaniana'ole traffic in Waimanalo

HONOLULU — The state Department of Transportation advises Oahu motorists of single lane closures on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Mekia Street and Moole Street on Monday, May 21, through Friday, May 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily, for sidewalk and guardrail improvements.
Motorists are advised to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time.
