West-bound H-1 lanes to close in town Monday night

HONOLULU — The state Department of Transportation advises Oahu motorists of a two-lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction from the Lunalilo Street on-ramp to the Vineyard Boulevard off-ramp (Exit 22 West) from 11 p.m. Monday night, May 21, through 4:30 a.m., Tuesday morning, May 22.Maintenance work will be performed on the electronic message board mounted on the Ward Avenue Overpass. The two left-most lanes will be closed through this area, leaving only one lane open for use.
Westbound motorists are advised to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time. Roadwork is weather-permitting.
