McLachlin shoots 66, finishes tied for 16th in Georgia

Honolulu's Parker McLachlin shot a 6-under-par 66 today to finish tied for 16th in the PGA's AT&T Classic at the TPC Sugarloaf at Duluth, Ga.

Zach Johnson beat Ryuji Imada with a birdie on the first playoff hole for his third tour victory. Johnson (67) and Imada (70) finished at 15-under 273. McLachlin finished at 280 and earned $81,000.

McLachlin, a tour rookie, eagled the par-5 No. 6 and had birdies on the Nos. 3, 4, 13 and 15. His previous best finish was in Feburary's Mayakoba Golf Classic where he was tied for 18th.
