A 26-year-old man and woman, 25, arrested in a drug raid Friday morning have been charged with one count each of third-degree promotion of dangerous and also detrimental drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bail for Daniel M. Kapu Jr. and Jennifer A.K. Ogawa is $15,000 each.

The raid occurred at 53-216 Kamehameha Hwy. at 6:45 a.m.

Kapu is also being held on two outstanding warrants totalling $500.

Ogawa is also under investigation for a June 2006 theft and forgery complaint filed by a woman, 44. The suspect allegedly cashed a forged check on the victim's account at a Pearl City bank.
