South shores enjoying best surf

Advertiser Staff

After last week's glassy surf, the south swell we're enjoying will be with us until gradually lowering Wednesday. But even then, surf along the southern shores should remain up because of another swell coming in Tuesday that won't peak until Wednesday night and Thursday.

Surf along south shores will be 3 feet to 6 feet today, while west shores will see surf 2 feet to 4 feet with some occasional five-footers.

East shores will see surf 1 foot to 3 feet, and surf along north shores will be 2 feet or less.

Small northwest swells are expected from Wednesday through Saturday.
