Real estate association presents annual Kukulu Awards

The Kobayashi Group and the MacNaughton Group on Friday will receive the Developer of the Year award presented by the Hawai'i chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. The presentation is part of the association's annual Kukulu Hale Awards.The award recognizes "excellence in Hawai'i's commercial real estate industry," according to a news release from the association.
The group also will present a Lifetime Achievement Award to the trustees of the Estate of James Campbell, and an outstanding achievement award to the late Masaru "Pundy" Yokouchi.
