Man charged with gun, drug offenses

Michael Talavai Williams, who gave no permanent local address to police, is charged with two counts of third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug, possession of an unregistered firearm and also a deadly weapon, and detention of stolen property and unauthorized possession of confidential information.
His bail is $25,000.
Williams also has three outstanding warrants totalling $2,400.
Similar charges are pending against a woman, 35, arrested with Williams. The pair were arrested at 8:15 p.m.
