'One Breath at a Time' Buddhism talks set for June

Kevin Griffin, who wrote "One Breath at a Time: Buddhism and the Twelve Steps," will give a free talk at 7 p.m. June 15 at Unity Church, 3608 Diamond Head Road.Griffin will also give workshop, "One Breath at a Time," from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 16-17 at the Kailua Shambhala Meditation Center, 25 Kane'ohe Bay Drive, suite 205. Cost is $75; $125 for both days (scholarships available).
