Connect Imaging partners with Swearingen Software

Connect Imaging Inc., a Honolulu-based provider of picture archiving and communication systems, is partnering with Swearingen Software Inc., a developer of radiology information systems, to offer an integrated products."By continuing to focus on our respective strengths while strategically integrating our two products, we have created an unprecedented RIS/PACS product that provides the best of both worlds," said Randall Swearingen, chief executive of Houston-based Swearingen Software, which announced the partnership.
Connect Imaging's Web site says the company maintains its corporate headquarters and software development in Hawaii. Assembly, testing, installation, and technical support are handled from Western Pennsylvania. It's products are designed for community hospitals and free-standing imaging centers.
